Q: What do I do if I receive an item that is damaged?

A: Please contact us ASAP via info@booneandbaker.com along with photos of the damaged item within two days of receiving the order. (See Returns + Exchanges)

Q: Do you give refunds?

A: Store credit ONLY. (See Returns + Exchanges)

Q: What size should I order?

A: Under each item we have stated what the model is wearing + how the item runs.

Q: What if the item I want is out of stock?

A: If you want to make sure the item you are interested in is being restock just send us an email at info@booneandbaker.com

Q: I ordered the wrong size + the item has not shipped yet, how do I change it?

A: If you have not received an email stating your item has been shipped please send us an email at info@booneandbaker.com with the correct size. If the item has already shipped we are not able to switch out sizes unless you issue an exchange. (See Returns + Exchanges)
