Returns + Exchanges

Returns:

Our return policy is 10 business days. You have 10 business days to submit your return, after the 10 business days your item will not be accepted. 

All final sale items along with accessories are exempt from our return + exchange policy. 

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you need to return an item please send us a detailed email as to why you are returning the item. If approved, we will then have you send us the item(s), once we have received the item(s) we will inspect its condition + send you an email notifying you of our acceptance + if the return is in the proper condition. 

Please include the original packing slip that came with item. 

If you request a refund it will be for store credit only. 

Exchanges:

If you receive an item that is the wrong size or damaged please send us an e-mail. We will review your request + once it is approved we will have you send us the original item. Upon arrival we will send your new item with a new tracking number. 

Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the item.
